Lauren joined the ºüÀêÊÓƵ in June 2021. They are a Business Partner – Culture, OD and Workforce Transformation and are responsible for people process and system development, supporting the ºüÀêÊÓƵ in meeting its equality objectives and operationalising the ºüÀêÊÓƵ’s people learning and development provision.
Lauren is a graduate of the ºüÀêÊÓƵ achieving their MSc in Strategic People Management in 2024.
They are also the Chair of the LGBTQ+ Staff Network.
